Office Hours and Appointments

Our office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday.

Please contact our office during regular business hours to schedule appointments, or for any questions or concerns. You can reach us by dialing (989) 791-9500. We have a nurse available at all times to triage calls promptly.

Your appointment is a time especially reserved for you. We are committed to make every effort to stay on schedule, to allow you and your provider time to discuss your medical concerns. For everyone’s convenience, scheduling your appointment well in advance is helpful.
